When ordering whole meat, for example, rumps, scotch, porterhouse or eye fillet,
please state in comments section (shopping cart) what size you'd like your meat sliced (three to choose from 16mm thin, 22mm medium, and 30mm thick).
All slicing is approximate. If you do not state otherwise, items will be sent out whole.
Our home delivery service means that you can order on-line and have it delivered to your door.

** All orders will be placed in a queue for the next available day of delivery in your area.
** Please have a contactable phone number, (eg: mobile number) so we/our driver can contact you if there is a problem or if you're not home.
It is the customers responsibility to be home (and have a contactable phone number) when our van driver arrives to deliver your order. Failure to be present, resulting in an additional delivery trip, can incur an extra delivery price.

** PLEASE NOTE: "WEB PAYMENTS- NERANG" will appear on your bank statement instead of "Super Butcher".
