Lamb Rump with Beetroot Salad Firstly take your Lamb Rumps and marinate overnight olive oil, Dion mustard, salt and pepper and lemon juice. SALAD beetroots whole boil firstly (25 min)then cut into quarters then put in bowl with balsamic vinegar,olive oil,wholegrain mustard. The Green "base" salad rocket, baby spinach, mint, danish fetta,cherry tomato's. pan fry lamb rumps & mix salad as per instructions (video) and there you have it.
