Marinated Pork Eye Fillet (from Super Butcher of course !!) with Won-Bok Salad PORK FILLET Pork Eye Fillet Marinated in 1 Tablespoon of Oyster Sauce, 3 Table spoons of Sherry, small ginger, sealed all sides then cook under grill until cooked through. LET IT REST 10 Min SALAD Chinese cabbage,Shallots,chili's,carrots,capsicum,red onions, cucumber, carrots finely Jillianed using fresh herbs. Coriander,mint and basil. DRESSING 1 Lime,2 Teaspoons of fish sauce, 1 Tablespoon of Soya Sauce, 1 teaspoon of palm sugar. (for a full version watch the video)
