Firstly marinate lamb loin overnight with Indian spice & red curry INGREDIENTS sweet potato, chopped tomato, fetta cheese, spinach leaves, Paul Newmans balsamic vinaigrette, balsamic glaze, olive oil, little chilli, pan fry the lamb on a hot pan and as per video its done in just 10 minutes. Ideal for summer.
