Grass fed rumps are full of flavour, we love to take thick rump steaks and pan-fry or grill them over coals until a gorgeous medium rare. Rump can also be used a for a variety of other cooking methods such as curries, stir-fries and a hearty family roast. Rump is extremely versatile and packed full of flavour.

In healthy cattle, yellow fat colour occurs when cattle graze green pasture. This results from the ingestion and absorption of yellow pigments that are present in plants. These pigments have been identified as carotenoids, with beta-carotene being the major component responsible for fat colour in cattle. In other words, yellow fat equals a big healthy grass fed cow.

Predominantly grass fed, AMH beef is sourced from the largest cattle producing regions across eastern Australia.

All of our online products are vacuum sealed except for our fresh Sausages, Rissoles and Burgers, Pastries and crumbed products. Eg: Schnitzels, Chicken Kievs, Nuggets.

Our online delivery orders are packed neatly in a thick cardboard box with an insulated liner, complete with plenty of gel ice packs, all of which are recyclable*. This box can keep your order cool for up to 2 hours after delivery.
